Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. Then she received her Pro Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career at the age of 16, when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel took a six-year break from her career after she earned her professional card in order to further the education. In 2015, she came back to the stage, and took part in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. By 2009, she'd won four other fitness titles. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken an absence of six years from competitive sports following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished with a third-place finish. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and came home with sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. She was up against the best. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs with a machine. and seated rows. The first step is warming up before going on to work out sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. The supersetting of all back exercises into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
